For BROKENIMAGE Founder, Taylor Wright, it’s all about creating content.
First entering the creative industry as marketing manager for a growing Tasmanian retailer in 2012, Taylor quickly demonstrated the monetary value of high quality, visual content. Grounded by marketing strategy, Taylor’s in-house graphic design, videography and photography services helped his small business employers reach exciting new goals and attract valuable new customers.
It was Taylor’s exploration of Japanese car culture, beginning with a trip to the Ebisu circuit in Fukushima that led to the birth of the BROKENIMAGE brand. With an untenable passion for cars and established experience in the world of videography, Taylor started uploading videos of his adventures to YouTube, and soon gathered an impressive global following. Recognising the channel’s popularity, Taylor began to explore the platform’s potential, travelling to motorsport events across Australia, New Zealand, USA and Japan, creating more content and furthering his skills.
In 2017, Taylor took a leap of faith, leaving a senior marketing position in the real estate industry to launch BROKENIMAGE Creative – a full-service marketing, advertising and design agency. With their established brand identity, the BROKENIMAGE Creative team have hit the ground running, regularly undertaking exciting new projects, from high rotation television advertisements and social media campaigns to complete company rebrands.
