The Black Footed Pig

After first meeting Bethany and Aaron in mid 2020, we assisted in marketing the relocation of their restaurant to the prestigious new MACq 01 venue.

Using this as an opportunity to refresh the brand through a new website complete with visual content, we designed the website to drive traffic and generate bookings. By further facilitating the growth of the restaurant through marketing assistance, we aimed to provide support for the business through this extremely busy transitional period. By developing a pre-opening registration form, we were also able to generate two months of full occupancy at a vital time.

Providing added assistance through the management of online advertising and social media channels, we have continued to develop the brand’s online presence in line with its reputation as a premium dining destination.

“Our first meeting with Taylor was extremely informative without being a session filled with a heap of tech jargon we didn’t understand; we learnt so much about how media targeting and website traffic worked. We instantly felt comfortable getting Taylor on board for our restaurant relaunch and to redesign our very basic website at the time. We explained our vision the best we could and he took it and made it everything we wanted and more. We have seen how much good representation adds to a business and generates revenue.

BROKENIMAGE has taken over all our social media marketing and we most definitely see the rewards. We used to spend the same amount of money on Facebook and Instagram running promotions without seeing any results. We get monthly updates on where the marketing budget has gone and the interest we have generated through it. BROKENIMAGE also does all of the photography for our website and social media promotions. They’re no fuss, working with the limited space and the guests, they captured everything so quickly.

One of the best decisions we made was to take Taylor’s advice to create a ‘register your interest to dine with us when we reopen page’. We didn’t expect to be closed as long as we did, so the page was absolutely worth it. We got so many people registering which allowed us to book out the restaurant 2 months in advance when we announced our reopening! It catapulted the constant bookings in advance, we wouldn’t have even thought of it if it wasn’t for Taylor.

The team is great and so easy to work with. They get things done quick and efficiently and always has our best interest at the forefront of their decision.
