Devine Property is a full-service agency covering all aspects of residential and commercial property. The Devine Property team includes an impressive collection of market-leading experts from all corners of the industry.

We were engaged by Devine Property to creatively develop their new brand and help project manage the process from start to finish. The brand successfully launched on February 1st, 2019.

The new brand launched with a marketing and advertising plan to match. Starting in late December 2018 with ‘coming soon’ billboards and online ads driving traffic to their new socials and landing page. Come February 1st the complete plan kicked in including; updated billboards, online advertising, TV campaign, local print and more.

With the new Devine Property logo locked in, it was our job to creatively develop the brand and bring it to life. We created everything from real estate signboards, internal documents, letterhead and business cards, custom icons, unique brandmark, billboards and magazine publications.

Adam Walker Studios were engaged early to help produce an animation style TV commercial. Using the building outline brandmark we created, Adam brought it to life on screen. We assisted in project management, voice over scripting and soundtrack.
